Simply put, we help you obtain your Georgia Low-THC Oil card.

In April of 2015, Georgia House Bill 1, also know as Haleigh’s Hope Act, legalized the possession and use of Low-THC oil in Georgia. THC is the substance in marijuana that is responsible for the psycho-active “high” that has been associated with marijuana usage.  This substance has also been shown to aid in the treatment of a number of diseases and conditions.  THC can be extracted from the cannabis (marijuana) plant as an oil that can then be ingested, rubbed onto the skin, or vaporized for treatment of these illnesses. In Georgia, the “legal” THC oil must contain no more than 5% THC and is therefore referred to as “Low-THC Oil”.  Since the THC content is very low, the user can benefit from the medicinal properties of the cannabis plant without experiencing the “high” or euphoria that would normally be produced.

In order to legally possess and use Low-THC oil in Georgia, a physician must first examine the patient and certify to the State that the patient suffers from 1 of 8 approved conditions. That information is then uploaded to the Georgia Low-THC Oil Registry. The person is now eligible to obtain a Georgia Low-THC card which certifies that he or she is legally allowed to possess and use the oil.

It’s that simple.  Any physician licensed and in good standing with the state of Georgia is eligible to certify patients for the Georgia Low THC Registry, however, many physicians choose not to participate for a variety of reasons.  That’s where we come in.  After you sign a medical records release, we obtain a copy of your medical records from your physician verifying your eligible diagnosis, perform a semi-annual exam and then certify your information to the state of Georgia via the Georgia Low THC Oil Registry.  The Georgia Department of Public Health will then contact you to pick up your card.  Done.
